- Returns on unopened & unused software will receive a refund less 20% as restocking fee if returned within 15 days of receipt by customer.
- Defective items will be replaced or credited towards another purchase made by the customer.
- No returns on opened and used software will be accepted.
- There are no refunds on downloaded orders once the software has been downloaded.
- All returns must be e-mailed at email@example.com by the customer along with their order number. Once we receive the e-mail from your side the accounts team will co-ordinate with you for further reference so as to ensure the credit process properly.
